A lot of guys come to Pattaya on a budget. Others would simply prefer to save money on the hotel bill and channel the savings into more fun times with the famous Pattaya girls. The following is a list of Pattaya girl friendly hotels that offer clean decent accommodations at less than 1000 baht.
We say that they’re girl friendly because they don’t charge you extra when you bring a girl back to your room. The extra charge is referred to as a joiner fee. We recommend that you avoid hotels that charge a joiner fee. There are just way too many good hotels that don’t charge this fee.
Off Season rates are quoted from May through October
High Season rates are quoted from November through April
There is also a super high season during the two weeks around Christmas and New Year when prices go up even further.

Sawasdee Sea View is a good budget option.
The Sawasdee Sea View Hotel is just a half block away from the beach heading up Soi 10. It has a great location, close to the beach. This budget hotel gets great reviews from everyone who stays there. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. You’ll have no trouble bringing the girls back here anytime day or night. They have a restaurant on premises and free breakfast is included with the room. They have wireless internet but there is a fee to use it.

This hotel is run by the same operators as the Sawadee Sea View. It’s located right up by the Honey Body Massage on Soi 11.
They’ve got a great pool area and pool bar for lounging away the afternoons. Breakfast is included in the rate.

In the last post I forgot to ask about security stuff. Do they have any safes or lockers in the rooms (Sunshine one). I checked their web page and they only mention CCTV and a guard on duty. Last year we slept in Anna Jet guesthouse (just two nights as we did not expect to go to Pattaya) and despite all the bad things people write about that place, there was a small safe in every room to keep your wallet, digital camera and a mobile! I am asking as this year we are going there for a real party (you know: ‘work hard, play hard’) as two of us are going to marry this year so having quite a few girls we don’t want to loose anything!
I believe Sunshine has their safe deposit boxes at the reception desk. You can even get one big enough for a laptop. It’s not as convenient as in-room, but it’s safe.

Tanvir, Check out the Sawasdee Sea View. It’s close to the beach and about as cheap as you can get.
Price varies, but you can get a hot Walking Street go go girl for 2000 Thai baht, no problem.
Hi Mike. Just adding my bit on hotels under 1000 baht. I have stayed in many Pattaya hotels over the years, some good some not so good, but over the last couple of years i have stayed at the Siamview Residence in Soi AR, not to be confused with the more upmarket Siam BayView Hotel on Beach rd. Soi AR might be a little out of the way for many punters who feel the need to be staying right in the centre of the bar scene, but for me i don’t mind the 10 minute or so it takes me walk down Soi AR to reach Second road at the point where it meets Soi 6. there is also a motorbike taxi stand out front of the hotel so i can get anywhere in Pattaya. in quick time if i feel the need. The hotel itself has a smart clean look to it when you enter the reception, the rooms are large clean and bright with cable TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, aircon, hot water and balconies, and every time i have stayed there the most i have been charged is between 700 and 750 baht, there are safety deposit boxes in reception plus free internet, and you can purchase beer and whisky and wine coolers from the lobby fridge there is a rooftop swimming pool, and snooker table, the hotel rents motorbikes 200 baht per day, the only downside i have found is there is no restaurant in the hotel hence no room service for food but there r plenty of places to eat within a minutes walk, the rooms are all cleaned daily and i have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful every time i have stayed there, and there is no extra charge (joiner fee) for taking girls back to your room, as long as they have id the hotel is very girl friendly…. I will be back in fun city 1st of December for a 5 week of R&R ( Rooting & Romance) and the Siamview Residence is where i will be staying..
